Sprunki Phase 100
Sprunki Phase 100: The One That Sounds Like a Robot's Bad Dream
Okay so. I opened this thinking "phase 100, wow big number must be fancy." Turns out it's just... more blobs. More clicking. More beep boop. But like, in a good way?
#12 - I once dreamt about the characters. Gray was chasing me. Woke up stressed. Not kidding, the gray blob in this one looks sus.
Basic controls? You drag things. You click things. Sometimes things make sounds. Sometimes they don't. #143 - There's a memory leak. My browser slows down after 30 minutes of play. Yeah that tracks.
If you've played any Sprunki before, this feels like... Phase 3's distant cousin who studied sound design but also maybe ate too much candy. The colors are BRIGHT. Like, eye-bleed bright after 10 minutes.
#258 - If a fax machine and a dial-up modem had a baby, this would be its cries. That's the best way to describe the bass sound. It's like... nostalgic but also painful?
Can you export mixes? No. Lol no. This is a browser game from like 2022 or something. You make your little masterpiece and then close the tab and it's gone forever. The ephemeral nature of digital art or whatever.
#312 - If a loading screen was a band, this would be their first single. That's the vibe. It's background music for when you're waiting for something else to load.
But here's the thing: #497 - My fingers are tapping the desk along with the rhythm unconsciously. It gets you. The beat gets in your bones. Even when it sounds like a robot having a seizure.
I spent like 20 minutes trying to make something that didn't sound like a car alarm. Failed. But I had fun failing. That's Sprunki, I guess.
Is it good? I dunno. It's more Sprunki. If you want more Sprunki, here it is. If you're new, maybe start with Phase 3. If you're a veteran with too much time... welcome to Phase 100. It exists.
