sprunki pyramixed 0.9 update port (13+)
So I was messing around with this Sprunki Pyramixed 0.9 thing...
You know how sometimes you just want to make some noise but like, good noise? Not just banging on pots and pans? That's kinda what this is. My friend showed me this version and was like "dude check out the new update" and I was skeptical because let's be real, how many updates can one game have? But okay.
So the basic controls are... you drag the little dudes onto the stage. Or click them. Sometimes both? Honestly I'm still figuring it out. There's like seven positions or something and each character makes a different sound when you plop them down. No scoring system really, which is actually nice because I'm tired of everything being competitive. You're just making sounds for the vibes.
Okay so here's a thing I noticed: There's a graphical glitch when you drag too fast. Looks cool actually. Like the animations kinda freak out for a sec and then catch up. Makes it feel alive somehow? Not sure if it's a bug or a feature but I'm into it.
My cat likes to watch the characters bounce. She's a fan of the orange one specifically. No joke, she'll sit there and just stare at the screen when I play this. Maybe she has better taste in music than I do.
This sounds like a robot trying to beatbox after dental surgery. In the BEST way possible. Like there's this one sound that's all wobbly and weird and I can't tell if it's supposed to be a bass or a synth or someone gargling. But when you combine it with the clicky sounds? Chef's kiss.
My breathing has synced with the rhythm. I'm becoming one with the blob. Is that weird? Probably. But like, you get into this zone where you're just dragging and dropping and the sounds start to actually make sense together. I tried to make something that sounded like rain on a tin roof but ended up with... robot circus music? Close enough.
I've written "click and drag" so many times the words have lost meaning. Seriously, how do you describe this game without sounding like a broken record? "You click things and they make sounds" wow groundbreaking. But somehow it works? The update port thing means it loads faster I think? Or maybe it just feels faster because I'm impatient.
The characters have more personality than some people I know. There's this blue one that looks perpetually surprised and a green blob that just vibes. They bounce in time with the beat which is oddly satisfying. Makes you feel like you're conducting a tiny electronic orchestra of weirdos.
So yeah, if you're into making weird little tunes or just need something to click while you zone out, this update port version is pretty solid. It's not gonna make you a music producer but it might make your afternoon slightly more interesting. And if nothing else, my cat approves.
Pro tip: try putting all the characters in weird positions. The sounds layer differently depending on where you drop them. Or don't. I'm not your boss.
