Dragon Platformer - First-Time Creator's Debut Platformer
Debut Project Status: Creator's first-ever platformer game development attempt. Despite humble origins, unexpectedly became creator's most favorited project on Scratch platform. Built upon foundation code from existing Scratch project.
Technical Foundation
Core mechanics derived from reference project at https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/112209751/#editor. Adaptation and modification by first-time creator to create original Dragon Platformer experience.
Control Scheme
Arrow key movement exclusively - WASD not supported. Simple, accessible control layout suitable for all skill levels. Emphasis on precision platforming without control complexity.
Hazard Identification
Red-colored obstacles trigger immediate failure upon contact. Dark sandy terrain similarly dangerous. Bottomless pits cause instant respawn. Environmental hazards clearly color-coded for recognition.
Level Navigation
Objective: traverse from starting point to opposite side of each level. Backtracking permitted - players can return to previous stages at any time. Non-linear progression option.
Critical Warning - Turbo Mode Prohibition
Turbo mode absolutely forbidden. Game physics calibrated for normal execution speed. Turbo activation causes unpredictable behavior, potential softlocks, and gameplay corruption. Strictly avoid enabling.
Bug Reporting Protocol
Players encouraged to document and report any glitches encountered. First-time creator seeking community feedback for improvements. Bug reports welcome through appropriate channels.
Game Philosophy
Straightforward platforming with clear visual hazard communication. No hidden mechanics or complex systems. Pure traversal challenge with color-coded danger zones.
