Spread the Word Flash Platformer Collab is a joint effort between @-Mwinter- (stages, costumes) and @OTAKUGAMER009 (thumbnail, stages, programming, ideas, background selection). The project features 15 stages built around a distinctive 3-second interval flash mechanic that periodically alters visibility, requiring players to memorize layouts or react quickly to reappearing platforms.

Visual Cues & Unconventional Strategy

Background elements are not merely decorative—they contain visual cues essential for navigation. An intentional design quirk allows wall embedding as a valid strategic position; if you become genuinely stuck, pressing spacebar frees your character. The April 17th update resolved a timing bug where the clock continued running post-clear.

Audio & Collaboration Process

Free background materials and BGM by @-Xaf- accompany the experience. Touch controls are available alongside traditional arrow key input. This collaboration underwent extensive iteration through direct communication between the two primary creators, resulting in a polished Flash-inspired platformer.
