Rotate: a platformer - Color Switch Inspired, School Showcase Debut, Rotation Updates Incoming

Rotate is a color-matching precision platformer inspired by Color Switch, developed originally for a school showcase. The core rule: your avatar may only make contact with its own color. Green platforms always represent the goal.

Controls, Audio & Current State

Controls are limited to arrow keys for accessibility. Music selection is randomized on each green flag click, featuring instrumental versions of Symphony by Clean Bandit and Shape of You by Ed Sheeran. The developers acknowledge the current build contains limited rotational level elements; the title "Rotate" reflects the intended direction of future updates.

Roadmap & Clarification

Upcoming content will introduce full rotation mechanics and mid-level sprite color changes as shown in the thumbnail. The developers explicitly clarify no knowledge of the existing game titled "Rotate" prior to naming. Players are encouraged to report glitches. This project represents a transparent development journey from a school deadline release to an actively planned expanded version.
