Easier Ending: The Journey - Multiplayer Platformer - 10th Anniversary Special
Looking for a challenging multiplayer platformer with cloud save support? Easier Ending: The Journey by @JTHEJET delivers 48+ hours of development passion across 1500+ Scratch code blocks. This 10th milestone project survived mass reporting to reach #7 on Trending - now fully patched and re-released.
If you enjoy precision platformers with unique mechanics, you might also like Sprunki Phase 6 Definitive Edition or Minecraft Platformer.
Gameplay Core
Challenging but fair - every level mathematically verified completable. Zero asset reuse from @KIKOKO - completely original design. Three-key collection system: locate and secure all keys scattered throughout levels to activate the exit portal. Death no longer resets key progress - permanent persistence eliminates frustration.
Multiplayer Infrastructure
Dedicated cloud server support. When primary cloud fills, automatic failover to Server 2 via Turbowarp: https://turbowarp.org/#420469446. Seamless transition, zero progress loss. One of the few Scratch platformers with redundant cloud architecture.
Controls & Accessibility
Full triple-input support: Arrow keys, WASD, and mobile touchscreen. Universal input mapping ensures playability across all devices. Audio toggles: M key instant mute, U key unmute.
Soundtrack
Premium licensed audio: "By The Pool" by Lakey Inspired - ambient exploration theme. "Play" by Alan Walker - high-energy action sequences. This dual-track soundtrack elevates the platforming experience.
Credits & Collaboration
Background environment and cube character asset by @StratfordJames (heavily modified for this project). Key collection system sprites by @Panther_. Core platformer physics engine inspired by @Griffpatch tutorials, extensively customized.
Version Improvements
Critical update: Keys persist through player death - no more frustration from repeated farming. Safe chat system vulnerability patched. General stability enhancements across all 40+ levels.
Community Recognition
Achievement unlocked: Shared! Project curated and loved despite initial reporting attacks. A testament to community resilience and quality game design.
